These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lavin.fashion (the “Store”) and any purchase you make from Lavin Fashion (“Lavin”, “we”, “us”). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree No. M/126 dated 7/11/1440H).
1. Definitions
“Customer” / “you” means any person who visits or purchases from the Store. “Products” means the items offered for sale. “Order” means a request to purchase Products submitted through the Store.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract, or act under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Products for children are purchased by an adult.
3. Account registration
You may need to create an account to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Products & descriptions
We make every effort to display our Products and their colours, sizes, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography. Products are subject to availability, and we may modify or discontinue any Product at any time.
5. Prices, currency & VAT
All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable in accordance with the regulations of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA). We strive for accuracy; if a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected Order and refund any amount paid.
6. Orders & acceptance
Your Order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your Order (for example, by an order-confirmation message). We may refuse or cancel an Order for reasons including unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
7. Payment
Payment is processed securely through our approved payment providers. We do not store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
8. Shipping & delivery
We currently ship within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only. Shipping is free on all orders for a limited time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery. For full details, see our Shipping & Delivery page.
9. Returns, exchanges & refunds
Returns and exchanges are accepted in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy and the consumer-protection provisions of the Saudi E-Commerce Law. For hygiene reasons, certain items may be non-returnable unless defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned Product is received and inspected.
10. Cancellations
You may request to cancel an Order before it is shipped. Once an Order has been dispatched, the Returns Policy applies.
11. Intellectual property
All content on the Store — including the Lavin name, logo, designs, text, and images — is owned by or licensed to Lavin Fashion and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to submit false information, or to infringe the rights of others.
13. Reviews & user content
If you submit reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it in connection with the Store. Content must be lawful, accurate, and respectful; we may remove content that violates these Terms.
14. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Store and Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, Lavin shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Store. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Saudi consumer-protection law.
15. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, government actions, or disruptions to logistics or networks.
16. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts and committees, including the relevant consumer-protection and e-commerce authorities.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Store constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
