Available payment methods

Card and Apple Pay payments in our store are made through the approved payment gateway PayTabs, a licensed electronic payment gateway; pay-later is provided by Tamara directly. The available methods are:

• mada: mada cards issued by Saudi banks.
• Visa: Credit cards and debit cards.
• Mastercard: Credit cards and debit cards.
• Apple Pay: For fast, secure payment from compatible Apple devices.
• Tamara: For deferred payment and splitting the order value into convenient installments, in accordance with the provider’s terms.

Please note that we do not offer a cash on delivery or bank transfer option, in order to ensure fast order processing and the highest levels of security for your transactions.

Payment information security

Your financial security is our top priority, which is why we apply the highest standards of protection:

• All payments are processed over a fully encrypted connection between your browser and the payment gateway.
• We never store your bank card details on our servers; card and Apple Pay data is processed directly by the PayTabs gateway in accordance with international payment card industry security standards, and pay-later is processed by Tamara on its own page — each an independent provider with its own privacy policy.
• We handle the personal data associated with your order in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL); the purposes of processing it and the entities it reaches are set out in our privacy policy.

Currency and prices

• All prices displayed in the store are in Saudi riyals (SAR).
• Prices displayed in Saudi riyals (SAR) are the final price of each item; the only addition at checkout is the shipping fee when the order is under SAR 99, and the full total is shown before payment.
• Shipping is free to all cities in the Kingdom on orders of SAR 99 or more; orders under that carry a flat shipping fee of SAR 19, shown in the cart before payment is completed.

Electronic invoicing

As soon as your payment is successfully completed, you will receive a detailed electronic invoice at your email address registered with us, including the order details, the amount paid, and the details of the amounts due. We recommend keeping it as a reference for your order and for any future return or exchange request.

Failed payment

If your payment is not completed, we recommend checking:

• That the card details entered and the card’s expiry date are correct.
• That there is sufficient balance available on the card.
• That the online purchase service is activated with the card’s issuing bank.

Refunds

When a return request is accepted under the Returns and Exchanges Policy, the amount is refunded to the same payment method used at purchase, within a processing period of up to 14 business days from the date the return is accepted, and the time it takes for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on the procedures of the card’s issuing bank.
