Shipping coverage

We provide shipping and delivery to all cities and regions of Saudi Arabia only. We do not deliver to addresses outside the Kingdom, and orders with addresses outside it cannot be completed.

Where orders ship from

We work with international suppliers, and most items are shipped from their warehouses outside the Kingdom directly to your address in Saudi Arabia — which is why the expected time frame varies from one product to another, and we show it for each product on its page.

Shipping fees

• Shipping is free to all cities in the Kingdom on orders of SAR 99 or more.
• Orders under SAR 99 carry a flat shipping fee of SAR 19 per order, however many items it holds, shown in the cart before payment is completed, in keeping with the principle of disclosing costs in advance.
• The free-shipping threshold is measured on the total value of the items in your cart after any discount or coupon.
• All displayed prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR) and are the final price of each item; the only addition at checkout is the shipping fee when the order is under SAR 99 — and the full total is shown before payment.

Expected delivery time

The delivery time varies by product, and we show the expected time for each product, in days, on its page before you complete your purchase, counted from the date the order is confirmed. That time is the delivery date we commit to for your order, and we are committed to disclosing to you any delay affecting it as soon as we become aware of it.

Order tracking

• After your order is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation message by email that includes the order number and its details.
• When your order ships, we send you an email notification that includes the available tracking information so you can follow the status of the shipment.
• You can inquire about the status of your order at any time by messaging us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will send you updates within 24 business hours.

Receiving and checking your shipment

To protect your rights, we recommend the following when you receive your shipment:

• Making sure the outer packaging is intact before accepting the delivery, and documenting any visible damage with photos, if there is any.
• Opening the shipment and checking that the products match the order in type, size, color and quantity.
• If anything is missing, damaged or does not match, please message us immediately at [email protected] with the order number and explanatory photos attached, and we will handle the case in accordance with our established Returns and Exchanges Policy.
• Keeping the original packaging complete in case you wish to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt.

Delays

We do our utmost to meet the announced delivery time; however, circumstances beyond our control may arise that affect delivery dates, such as seasonal pressure on shipping companies, weather conditions, or seasons and holidays. In such cases, we commit to the following:

• Notifying you by email of any expected delay, its cause, and the estimated additional time.
• Following up on your shipment with the shipping company until it is delivered.
• If delivery is delayed by more than fifteen days past the last day of the delivery time shown on the product page, you are entitled to cancel the order and recover what you paid and any costs the delay caused, unless the delay is due to force majeure — Article 14 of the Saudi E-Commerce Law.

Delivery details

Please make sure to enter your National Address or delivery address accurately (city, district, street, and any distinguishing landmark) and a correct mobile number, to make it easier for the courier to reach you. We treat your personal data with complete confidentiality and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). To deliver your order, your name, address and mobile number reach the supplier’s warehouse outside Saudi Arabia — the least the carrier needs to hand the parcel to you. Every other purpose and recipient is set out in our privacy policy.
