Eligibility to Use

By using the store, you acknowledge that you have reached the age of eighteen or that you are using the store with the consent and under the supervision of your parent or guardian, and that the information you provide when ordering is accurate, up to date and complete. The store is entitled to reject or cancel any order that contains incorrect information or that violates these terms.

Orders and Prices

• All displayed prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR) and are the final price of each item; the only addition at checkout is the shipping fee when the order is under SAR 99, and the full total is shown before payment.
• An order is considered confirmed once payment has been completed successfully and you have received the order confirmation notice by email.
• The store is entitled to cancel any order if the product is out of stock or if there is an obvious technical error in the price, with notice to you and a refund of the full amount paid.
• The store undertakes to disclose any additional fees — if any — on the shipping page and in the shopping cart before payment is completed.

Payment

Payment is made through the secure PayTabs payment gateway using mada, Visa or Mastercard cards, or Apple Pay, in addition to the pay-later and installment option via Tamara, subject to the provider’s terms. Cash on delivery and bank transfer are not available. The store does not retain your bank card details; payments are processed entirely through the licensed gateway, and your personal data is handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the Privacy Policy published in the store.

Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery is limited to cities and regions in Saudi Arabia only, and addresses outside it are not accepted. Items are shipped from the warehouses of international suppliers outside the Kingdom to your address within Saudi Arabia.
• Shipping is free to all cities in the Kingdom on orders of SAR 99 or more; orders under that carry a flat shipping fee of SAR 19 per order, shown in the cart before payment is completed.
• The expected delivery time is shown for each product, in days, on its page before purchase, counted from the date the order is confirmed, and it is the agreed delivery date; the store undertakes to notify you of any delay that arises.

Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused and with all of its packaging, subject to the health exceptions set out in the Returns and Exchanges Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. Amounts are refunded to the same payment method within a processing period of up to 14 business days from acceptance of the return.

Intellectual Property

All store content, including the trademark, logos, images, texts and designs, is the property of the Lavin Fashion store or licensed to it, and it is prohibited to copy, republish or use it for any commercial purpose without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The store exercises full care to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and images; however, there may be slight variations in colors due to differences between screens. The store is not liable for malfunctions or delays beyond its reasonable control, such as circumstances affecting shipping companies or interruptions of technical services, without prejudice to your statutory rights established under the laws in force in the Kingdom.

Amendments to the Terms

The store is entitled to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time; the updated version is published on this page and takes effect from the date of publication. Your continued use of the store after an amendment is deemed acceptance of the updated terms, and each order is governed by the terms in force at the time it is completed.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in Saudi Arabia, foremost among them the E-Commerce Law and its regulations. Should any dispute arise, we will first seek to settle it amicably through communication with the customer service team; if that is not possible, the dispute will be referred to the competent authorities in Saudi Arabia.
