Order cancellation

You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours. Once packing and shipping have started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Returns & exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

• unused, unworn and unwashed, with its original tags and packaging;
• not a final-sale item and not excluded for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is issued to the original payment method. You are also entitled to a refund or replacement if:

• you received the wrong or a defective item;
• the item did not match its description.

For wrong or defective items, return shipping is on us. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.
